Night One - Sleep Deep Reflexology Routine

A 45 minute live Zoom workshop to teach you a reflexology sleep sequence to regulate your sleep-wake cycle and prepare your body for rest. This is a guided practice session. We will also delve into the hours you feel most restless at night and the reflexology points for it.

Night Two - Live Guided Journaling

A 45 minute live guided journaling evening to help explore what’s going on in your mind to see what might be making you feel restless. Before the call I’ll send you a workbook to complete and we’ll do it together. 

Night Three - Restorative Yoga with Summer Jupp

A 45 minute restorative yoga session with Summer Jupp, Founder of ARK Wellbeing. This session is designed to release tension and create the perfect conditions for deep, uninterrupted sleep.

  1. How long is the workshop?
    The workshop spans over three nights and includes a combination of teaching, guided practice,  journaling and restorative yoga. 

  2. Do I need prior experience in reflexology or yoga?
    No experience is necessary!

  3. Can I access the workshop if I can’t attend live?
    Yes, recordings of all three nights - the Reflexology sequence, guided journaling and the yoga session will be provided to all participants. 

  4. What do I need to participate?
    - A comfortable and quiet space where you can focus
    - Your favourite moisturiser for the reflexology massage points
    - A journal/ some paper and pen for the journaling evening.
    - Comfortable clothes and enough space for the yoga session (A yoga mat sized space is fine!)
