ABOUT ME
I'm a Clinical Reflexologist (CRM5, AOR, CNHC) and mind-body enthusiast on a mission to help you reconnect with your body and feel better from the inside out. After years of living with chronic pain and burnout, I discovered the power of being able to truly listen to the body. Now, I teach others to do the same. My approach blends science-backed knowledge with intuitive tools like reflexology, so you can learn to interpret and respond to your body’s signals, soothe your nervous system through holistic practices, and feel more in control of your health.
Why ME?
I know firsthand what it’s like to feel overwhelmed by your own body and mind. I struggled with chronic pain that felt like it came from nowhere - symptoms I couldn’t fully understand or control. It wasn’t until I started listening deeply to my body that I was able to learn to understand and interpret its signals and find real relief.
CALM is the exact guidance I wish I’d had when I was starting out. I’ve designed it as an introduction to helping you feel more connected, supported, and in control of your wellbeing.
