60 minutes

WORKSHOPS
45-60 minutes

  • Online or in-person workshops teach employees simple reflexology techniques to manage stress, boost energy, and support their overall wellbeing. Each session empowers teams with practical, lasting skills.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

TO BEGIN

  • Each session begins with a consultation to identify your goals and tailor the treatment. Reflexology can support stress-related symptoms, hormonal imbalances, muscular discomfort, digestive issues, or simply provide deep relaxation..

THE TREATMENT

  • You’ll then lie on a massage bed and get comfortable. The session will feel like a deeply relaxing foot massage, and you may notice gentle shifts or sensations in your body. Many clients fall asleep or feel like they’re in a deep meditative state.

TO COMPLETE

  • Once you’ve had a moment to fully come back to yourself, Jess will share her observations and guide you through simple reflex techniques you can use at home to support your wellbeing.

I'm a Clinical Reflexologist (CRM5, AOR, CNHC) and mind-body enthusiast on a mission to help you reconnect with your body and feel better from the inside out. After years of living with chronic pain and burnout, I discovered the power of being able to truly listen to the body. Now, I teach others to do the same. My approach blends science-backed knowledge with intuitive tools like reflexology, so you can learn to interpret and respond to your body’s signals, soothe your nervous system through holistic practices, and feel more in control of your health.
