Rest & Restore Package includes three in-person reflexology sessions. By working across multiple sessions, the body has time to settle, integrate, and build on each treatment’s effects. Reconnect & Empower
The Reconnect & Empower Package includes a 60-minute online reflexology session plus a 30-minute follow-up. Before the session, I create a personalised reflexology plan based on their online consultation. During the session, I guide them through their plan and explore markers on their feet, helping them understand what their body could be communicating.
The follow-up session refines techniques, addresses new concerns, and ensures they feel confident using the plan to continue supporting their mind and body at home.

I'm a Clinical Reflexologist (CRM5, AOR, CNHC) and mind-body enthusiast on a mission to help you reconnect with your body and feel better from the inside out.
